Mt Fuji View 7



7th view from the foot of firey Fujiyama.

"tiger tiger burning bright
in the forests of the night"

Hokusai is showing me his 24 views of Fujiyama and I am recording his vision along the way to the next view. One view at a time in my moleskine.

    Did you write that you are doing these Views in a class? What a great idea!

    I pulled out my book of his woodblocks and my copy of 36 views of Mt. Fuji...but got lost in other painting and sketching over the holiday.

    Can't wait to see View 8!
